Team Leader - £18,887 plus company benefits - Sheffield base

Your duties will include:
Lead, coach and motivate a developing a team of up to 17 advisors
Act as a role model by being positive, energetic and interested in the team and providing appropriate support
Setting, monitoring and reviewing productivity and quality standards to ensure cost effective service levels and sales are achieved
Maintain accurate records relating to your team and liaise closely with your line manager
Attendance Management
Handle complex customer queries or personal issues whilst striving to keep escalations to a minimum
You will be measured on:
A range of targets including Core Handling, Sales, Order Entry, Goods Not Received, Absence etc
Using Initiative
Customer satisfaction targets met
Service level and call effectiveness targets met
A high performance sales culture and environment in place that attracts, retains and develops the best people
All regulatory and compliance requirements met to comply with FSA guidelines
