Case Management - £25,000 - £31,000
An independent healthcare provider has recently expanded its services to provide for individualised private home care packages for paediatrics.
PULSE are therefore assisting this provider in finding an enthusiastic and caring nurse to hold clinical responsibility for an on-going private homecare package based in West London. Other packages in alternative locations are also available.
We are ideally looking for an experienced nurse with experience working with children with complex needs and those that are technology dependent. Nurses that are RN child or RSCN registered are desired but not a must, for example an ITU nurse with paediatrics experience will also be considered.
Becoming a substantive staff member of this private healthcare provider you will be responsible for training and developing carers in addition to monitoring their performance and upholding care standards.
We are seeking applicants with experience in training and appraisals. By coordinating the care package and acting as a key liaison between the parents and the carers to ensure all needs are met, successful applicants will receive the benefits and security of a permanent staff member.
Nurses holding experience with dependent children such as spinal and respiratory problems and are skilled in caring for ventilated patients, PEGs and tracheostomy tube care.
This would best suit a candidate with the above experience now looking to come away from the clinical field somewhat but still wanting to utilise these skills to educate less skilled practitioners.
