Description
If you are a qualified nurse with community experience or a hospital nurse wishing to move into the community we want you! We are looking for healthcare professionals to provide skilled nursing to a defined population across the PCT area.As a Registered Nurse you will work under the supervision of the District Nurse Team Leader and provide nursing care to patients at home or close to home. You will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Trust and liaise with other partnership agencies. You will be supported within an experienced team of clinicians.We have a variety of postings including part time, full time, ad hoc to suit your needs the flexibility of an agency with the bonus of excellent pay rates.
