Pulse Professional are currently recruiting on behalf of one of London’s leading Engineering and Technical Consultancies.

The group has an annual turnover of over £240m and operates in numerous specialist recruitment sectors. The company are looking for tenacious and intelligent Account Managers to join our successful permanent and contract division. You will be working and learning from genuine experts in their technical or industry vertical markets and learning the trade from the ground upwards.

The role includes all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be heavily involved within developing new markets and business opportunities for the company. You will be dealing with some extremely high-end clients, growing and developing those relationships whilst at the same time enhancing and developing your skill set in a sales environment as a recruitment consultant .The position will involve developing and servicing both existing and potential new clients. You will have full responsibility for the development of candidates and systems.

The role of a recruitment consultant requires dynamic, energetic, articulate individuals that have

• Sales Experience preferable
• Outgoing, can do attitude
• Tenacity
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to work in team

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be comfortable with dealing with people across all business levels. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong sales and negotiating skills, be commercially astute and have a good all round business awareness.
