Contact Manager ? Children, Schools & Families
Hertfordshire
Urgently seeking a Contacts Manager to start ASAP in an ongoing contract. Primary role will involve managing all contact workers and the set up, development and management of a Contact Service Centre.
Candidates must have:
-Child Protection and Development knowledge
-Ability to use CSF Child Protection Policies and Procedures
-Knowledge of the legislations framework
-Appropriate intervention skills with regard to contact
-Court work experience
Candidates must have experience of managing a project, of gathering data and producing reports effectively analysing that data and managing a budget.
Flexible hours required including possible late evenings (no later than 7pm) & Saturdays.
Candidates must have a recognised professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW or degree in social work) and managerial experience.
