P/T SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGER - LEARNING DISABILITIES - ROCHDALE
My Client is a large, national company, providing support to clients with learning disabilities. I am currently recruiting, on their behalf, for a Supported Living Manager to manage their Supported Living Service in Rochdale.
Working in a supported housing environment, you will hold overall responsibility for the delivery of a defined Supported Living Service, managing a dispersed staff team, budgeting, developing the service and ensuring that the service is creative, responsive and inclusive.
The ideal Candidate will have experience of managing/supervising staff in dispersed locations, knowledge of the relevant codes of practise and legislation, hold an NVQ Level 4 in management and D32/D33 or A1 (or be prepared to work towards) and be able to meet the requirements to be a Registered Manager.
Hours: 18.75/week
