Description
Head of Strategic HR – Northampton
Role in brief:
Lead the development and implementation of key HR strategies focused on the overall improvement of my Client’s organisation’s clinical and business performance. You would also deputise for the Director of HR and Facilities as required.
You:
· Minimum of 5 years HR experience (2 of which at a senior level).
· Experience of change management programmes.
· Experience of managing and implementing HR systems.
· Experience of developing and implementing Pay and Reward strategies.
This role is based in Northampton – Salary Circa £75,000pa.
